Styles and Programs - Leadership

The Leadership Program is an apprenticeship where you will learn the various facets of running a dojo or small business. The systems that the Leadership students will take over responsibility for include:

                Teaching
                Tracking and Retention
                Phone
                Info Tours
                Marketing
                Cleaning

There is a need for competent people throughout the Martial Arts community, which is one of the fastest growing industries today.  Some of the areas of opportunities are:

                Instructors
                Website Development
                Photography
                Dirctor

At NAAMA:

Various Levels of Leadership Program:

1. SWAT (Special Winning Attitude Team)
    At this level, you are learning the various systems and putting them to use.
2. STORM (Special Team Of Role Models)
    At this level, you mentor SWAT level members, teaching and monitoring their progress
3. Instructor Certification
    At this level, you are overseeing SWAT and STORM members, and acting in the capacity of
    leader.  You also begin instructing classes under the supervision of a certified instructor.
4. Instructor
5. Chief Instructor

As NAAMA grows, the intent is to fill available positions from within, wherever possible.  The Leadership Program will provide the means of developing those candidates.  The completion of an Instructor Certification program could weigh heavily in your favor.
